FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you make custom fitted garments?

The garments listed on the website are available in the standard sizes listed on a made to order bases. Please refer to the size guide for information and get in touch if you would like any specific garment dimensions. Garments are not made to measure and this means you are able to return them for resale. I occasionally accept commissions for custom pieces, so get in touch if you have something specific in mind.

How long does each order take to be fulfilled?

Garments are made to order and turnaround is around three weeks from placing the order. If you need your garment sooner, please get in touch and I'll see if I can speed this up. The three week period allows me to concentrate on different construction stages on different days to make it as efficient as possible as I am a one-woman-operation. I package all garments in recyclable, plastic-free packaging. Postage is via Royal Mail tracked services. You will receive postage confirmation when I have posted your order.

Where are the garments made?

All of the garments are made at my home studio in Kent, UK.

Do you post outside of the UK?

At the moment, I only post in the UK but will be expanding this once postage arrangement and fees can be confirmed. Follow me on instagram or subscribe to my mailing list to get updates.
